Dmitri Leskov is a fictional character that features in the pilot episode of App Man Season 1, and is played by William Osborne. He was the head of the notorious Leskov Gang, that smuggled weapons illegally onto the docks of Blockam City, to sell to criminals. His gun-smuggling gang were active from the 1990s, up until 2016, when App Man took them down. He, along with his gang, were sentenced to jail.
